You will be the product and client type expert, supporting a portfolio of clients through telephone and email, and coordinating with account managers.
You will build a deep understanding of MSCI benchmark data, provide premium service, and train clients while traveling for on-site sessions when needed.
A finance or related degree and English fluency are required.
