We're seeking a passionate Senior Quality Assurance Professional to ensure exceptional standards across our manufacturing operations.
What will you do:
Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives by coordinating with manufacturing engineers and quality control teams to exceed customer expectations
Conduct comprehensive quality audits, analyze results, and implement preventive solutions to maintain highest quality standards
Drive root cause analysis for quality issues, develop corrective actions, and monitor improvement plans to ensure effective resolution
Establish and maintain quality assurance systems and processes to consistently deliver premium products
Collaborate across departments to identify potential quality concerns and implement preventive measures

Proven track record in manufacturing quality assurance, specifically in process monitoring and improvement
Strong background in quality management systems and regulatory compliance
Expertise in quality audit procedures and corrective action implementation
Advanced problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

Quality Strategy
— expert level; developing site-level quality roadmaps that align with business objectives
Problem Solving
— advanced level; resolving complex manufacturing quality issues using structured methodologies
Process Auditing
— advanced level; conducting thorough assessments to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
PFMEA
— advanced level; identifying and mitigating potential failure modes in manufacturing processes
Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution
— advanced level; ensuring product integrity throughout the production lifecycle
Quality Management Systems
— advanced level; maintaining and improving QMS frameworks to meet regulatory standards
Root Cause Analysis
— intermediate level; investigating quality events to prevent recurrence
Process Control
— intermediate level; monitoring and optimizing manufacturing parameters for consistent quality
Requierements:
Bachelor Degree
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt certificated (desired)
Experience with direct reports (is a plus)
Manufacturing Background
Core tools experience
Experience with 8D, AMEF/PFMEA, quality controls, RCA, 5S & ISO ****
