Job Description The Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for U.S.-based positions across multiple functions and business areas.
This role works in close partnership with a dedicated Talent Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
The Recruiter leads interviews, manages hiring manager relationships, drives the selection process, and ensures alignment with talent strategies and business objectives.
This position will work remotely for approximately the first year, with plans to transition to an onsite office in Monterrey,



Mexico.
The role reports to the Recruiting Manager.
Job Responsibilities Partner with a Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Business Partner to align on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategy.
Lead hiring manager intake sessions to define role requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations.
Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
Provide hiring managers with interview guidance, candidate summaries, and selection recommendations.
Facilitate the offer process in partnership with Compensation and the HR team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Maintain accurate candidate records and process documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, EEO guidelines, and internal hiring policies.
Contribute to a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication and professionalism.
Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives where applicable.
