About Extension eCom: We're a fast growing full service Amazon agency (grew 75% YoY in Q******) led by an ex-Amazon employee that supports Amazon businesses growth through PPC/DSP advertising, SEO, Creative, Catalog, Reporting, Strategy, and more.
Position Summary: As an Amazon Account Director you'll handle the A-Z management of a team of 6 Account Managers.
The current role would start at 4 Account Managers, and ramp up to 6.
You will handle onboarding, ongoing training, management, performance reviews, and promotions for Account Managers.
Externally, you will support client onboarding, building/presenting plans of action, client escalations, and cash collection.
Your goal is to build a team of high performing Account Managers who achieve client goals on Amazon, and internal goals.
You will also work in collaboration with our Director of Client Services, PPC Team Lead and our Husk Operations Manager.
Qualifications: At least 4 years of Amazon/e-commerce experience Account Management experience Prior experience managing
