S. university, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead their Latin America Office based in Mexico City. In this independent and highly visible role, you will serve as the university's primary representative in the region. Note: This full-time position is based in Mexico City via contract with Safeguard General, and includes regional and international travel). Brand Promotion: Conduct targeted visits to secondary schools and universities, and represent our client at select college fairs, conferences, and industry events to increase brand visibility. Serve as the main point of contact for university alumni in the region, organizing events and identifying opportunities for alumni engagement in recruitment activities. Operations & Outreach: Utilize lead-management systems (such as Salesforce) to maintain lead flow and strategize outreach,



while overseeing office and project management with minimal day-to-day supervision. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred. Experience: Six (6) years of experience in higher education admissions, international recruitment, or university partnership development. Demonstrated experience working directly with an accredited college/university— not exclusively through third-party recruitment agencies . Autonomy: At least one (1) year of office management experience, with a proven ability to manage relationships, events, and communications independently.
