We are looking for a
Senior Workday HCM Engineer
with strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations, configuration, and enterprise implementations.
Key Skills & Experience
3–5+ years of experience with Workday HCM
Experience with at least
one end-to-end Workday HCM implementation
Strong hands-on experience with
Workday Integrations
Expertise in
EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
Experience with
Reports, Calculated Fields, Security, and Data Migrations
Strong knowledge of
XSLT
Experience with
ISU, ISSG, Integration Scheduling, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting
Understanding of
API and ERP integration concepts
Strong skills in
testing, debugging, implementation, and technical documentation




Excellent communication skills and ability to work with
multinational, cross-functional teams
Team coordination/mentoring experience is a plus
