Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire:
Plan and deliver interactive, creative, and engaging English lessons tailored to Pre-First students to spark curiosity, confidence, and foundational literacy skills.
Plan with Purpose:
Design and execute lessons following the school's curriculum and methodology, ensuring a consistent and effective learning journey.
Assess & Support Growth:
Track academic and developmental performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure prompt follow-up on each child's progress.
Stay Connected:
Maintain clear, positive,



and proactive communication with parents regarding student achievements and growth.
Collaborate & Grow:
Partner with colleagues, attend technical councils, and actively participate in professional development training to continuously enhance teaching practice.
Cultivate Community:
Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere, attend parent-teacher meetings, and participate in campus events.

Requirements:

Native English Speaker
Bachelor's Degree in Education
, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (Degree/Title required).
3–5 years of teaching experience
with young learners (Pre-First or Kindergarten experience preferred).
Proven track record leading a Pre-First or early childhood classroom.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-collaboration skills.
Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a creative approach to early childhood education.
