Position Overview The Maintenance Engineer provides technical leadership for the maintenance organization, ensuring equipment reliability, asset performance, and operational uptime.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role leads a team of Mechanical, Electrical, and Utilities Technicians while driving maintenance execution, troubleshooting, reliability initiatives, continuous improvement, and support for capital projects, equipment installation, and commissioning.
The position works closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance Planning, and Controls Engineering teams to optimize plant performance.
