SAP MM Functional Consultant
Contract: 6 Months (Extensions Possible)
Location: Remote
Language: Fluent English Required
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Functional Consultant to support ongoing SAP initiatives in a global environment. This role is ideal for someone who can step into an active project, work independently, and partner with both business and technical teams to deliver results.
Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements and design SAP MM solutions.
Configure and support SAP MM processes, including purchasing, inventory management, and master data.
Work closely with global business users and cross-functional SAP teams.
Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production readiness.
Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
Create functional specifications, process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
Assist with data migration, reporting, and system enhancements.
Required Experience:
7+ years of SAP MM functional experience.
Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P)



processes.
Experience with Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Logistics Execution.
SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
Experience integrating with SAP SD, FI/CO, WM/EWM, or Ariba.
Strong requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation skills.
Experience leading testing and UAT activities.
Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills.
Comfortable working with integral teams and communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.
Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Vistex Rebates or DMP.
Experience with GAINS.
Knowledge of EDI transactions and SAP Fiori.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and able to contribute with minimal onboarding. Experience supporting SAP implementations, enhancements, or large transformation projects is highly preferred.
