We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst, Health ensure seamless execution of ongoing operations and annual cycles * Partner with HR Digital Services, Payroll, Operational Excellence, and external vendors to maintain accurate and timely program delivery; partnership with other HR Pillars as necessary * Ensure benefits programs are administered in compliance with global, regional and local regulations * Proactively identify and close compliance gaps through process improvements and controls * Maintain documentation, audit readiness, and governance frameworks Vendor Management macros preferred) * Experience designing or improving processes (automation experience strongly preferred) * Experience supporting ticketing systems and escalation management (experience with ServiceNow a plus) Culture and Values * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy * Ownership mindset with the ability to drive accountability and results * Analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement orientation * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities, especially during high-volume periods * Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Oracle, ServiceNow) * Experience with data visualization or automation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) * Bilingual (English/Spanish).
