Elaboration of manufacturing project Studies, Development and implementation of manufacturing projects to define, acquire, install, try out and start up all tooling, equipment and facilities required to incorporate new product or changes on the current product as required by corporate product programs, into the current or new production lines of the BIW areas, as project requires.
Other Functions: Projects studies and development to increase capacity and create new plants or any other project assigned from the upper management as support to the plant activities, to improve performance indicators on Quality, Safety, FTC, productivity and Warranty.
Simultaneous Engineering activities whit Engineering team to improve and assure product design feasibility for assembly on the early stage of product design.
Process development and verification, supporting all pilots phase at CTC and Plant.
Tooling and Equipment Data and simulation storage and administration on NX
