**REQUIREMENTS**:
Industrial Engineer, Electrical-Mechanical Engineer or Similar.
3 to 5 years of experience on similar position.
**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
Bilingual English-Spanish
Experience on sustaining engineering and/or Line transfers US/MEX
Strong skills on statistical analysis.
Six-Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing experience
Metrology and DG&T; knowledge
Experience on manufacturing equipment maintenance and set-up.
Knowledgeable on electrical, electronics, pneumatic and Hydraulic
Experience on Medical Device manufacturing (A plus)
Experience working with packaging Machines (A plus).
Knowledgeable on AutoCAD (A plus).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to travel to USA.
