Description
As a Sr Payroll Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and executing payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will collaborate closely with various departments to support payroll operations and contribute to continuous process improvements.

You will report directly to our Payroll Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of payroll processing, directly influencing employee satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing activities including data entry, verification, and disbursement.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, and benefits to employees.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain compliance with payroll-related laws and company policies.
- Support payroll audits and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.




- Contribute to payroll process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Advanced English level is required.
- Relevant experience in payroll processing and administration for US and Canada.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations.
- Experience with payroll software and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll data management.
