What you will do:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies:



Lead the creation and optimization of marketing strategies in marketplaces to enhance brand awareness and drive performance in the marketplace.
- Performance management: Continuously monitor and manage the performance of various marketing methods and KPIs, adapting strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
- Ad optimization: Oversee the performance and optimization of m
- arketplace ads to ensure they effectively reach targeted audiences and yield high return on investment.
- Content optimization: Lead efforts in optimizing listings with updated titles, engaging descriptions, A+ content, and visually appealing images to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborative approach: Work cross-functionally with other teams to develop cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns, both internally in Emma and with the marketplaces POCs
- Self-starter mentality: Thrive in a high-paced environment with a willingness to learn and adapt, taking complete ownership of your work stream without expecting micromanagemen
