**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Ideate creative ways to amplify Flahmingo's current branding
- Develop and execute creative strategies for Flahmingo's marketing campaigns and digital channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing tactics while aligning with Flahmingo's overall brand voice
- Communicate design concepts and ideas to the marketing team using storyboards/design boards/other methods
- Partake in brainstorming sessions and provide valuable insight from a design perspective
- Create animations for social media posts and advertisements
- Keep Flahmingo’s branding and marketing materials fresh through experimentation and iteration
**What We Are Looking For**:
- At least 2-4 years of in-house or relevant agency experience
- A strong understanding of creative best practices for paid social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and YouTube
- A champion of the Adobe Creative Cloud (preferably Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop; After Effects is a major plus)
- Strong animation and motion graphics experience
- Fluent in English and experience working with international brands
- Sharp skills in research, concept ideation, design & presentation




- Have experience with a plethora of design styles
- Ability to take ideas and turn them into stunning visual products
- Deliver well-executed deliverables on time
- Ability to thrive and be productive in a fully remote environment
