In this role, you are the single point of contact for local leaders in a specific geographic or plant location. You manage the interactions between business stakeholders and sourcing teams and collaborate across the manufacturing, supply chain and the commercial business. You also manage the local implementation of regional and/or global projects.
**How you will contribute**
You will execute the daily procurement agenda by acting as the single point of contact for the procurement function at a site, in a country or country cluster, and will oversee the daily interaction with plants, supply chain, commercial teams, quality assurance, sourcing teams and suppliers. You will also deliver service-level targets by ensuring material availability, escalating when needed, and support business continuity planning implementation, activating when needed, support the execution of sourcing projects and execute sourcing/spot-buying or contracting activities as agreed with the accountable spend areas, and own the source-to-pay process compliance key indicators and take corrective action when necessary.

**More about this role**This position will get focus to maintain control over the **Raw Materials & Semi Finish Goods **, operational procurement activities related with the Monterrey HUB, as long as collaboration with the Salina Site team, with the implementation of specific Supply Chain Projects dedicated to the category of Raw Materials. In addition, it will support other Direct Materials request form US sites as needed.
**What you need to know about this position**:This position is physically based in Monterrey Reciente Leon, Mexico, handling the Direct Raw Materials working flow from the Monterrey HUB, which has 2 plants on the state (Plant Salinas & Plant Monterrey). You will have influence over management activities from International vendors, mainly Mexico & U.S.

**Education / Certifications**:
- Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc.
- Bachelor’s in business administration, International relations degree, or any other Management Administration Professional degree.
**Job specific requirements**:




- Fully Bilingual (Spanish & English) (To be able to maintain business conversations, Oral & Written)
- MRP Systems (SAP, COUPA, ORACLE, ZYCUS, TUNGSTEN, etc)
- MS OFFICE (Advanced Level)
- Master’s degree is a plus.
**Travel requirements**:Between 25% (Sporadic Only when it would be needed)
**Work schedule**:Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) Flex Time
