- Support Reman technicians with customer requests.
- Create,



Update and Approve Reman documentation.
- Management and Control of “Repair of Repair” (ROR) metric.
- Attend Customer compliant, resolution and action plan.
- Management of Scrap and internal MRB.
- Quality Process Audits responsible (internal and external).
- Response to Customer Care regarding Reman Warranties evaluation.
- Design fixtures to improve remanufacturing process and ergonomics.
- Develop productivity projects.
- Implement Engineering Changes in Reman area.
- Actively participate in cross functional activities within order processing team.
