Responsibilities:
- Calling potential clients
- Dispatch and coordinate the movement of freight and transportation equipment
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to plan and optimize routes
- Monitor shipments and track delivery status
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Perform data entry tasks to update shipment information in the system
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS)
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, customers,



and internal teams
- Knowledge of transportation planning and logistics operations
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes in a 3PL environment is a plus
