**Job Summary**:
The Production Supervisor - Injection Molding will be responsible for overseeing the production process of injection molding machines. They will ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers and ensuring that they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the production process of injection molding machines
- Ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
- Manage a team of production workers and ensure that they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement




- Implement and maintain safety protocols
- Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production targets are aligned with overall business objectives
- Prepare production reports and present them to management
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding production
- Experience in managing a team of production workers
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machines and production processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
