**Job Activities**:
- Receive all incoming calls.
- Take notes of messages and forward them to the respective team.
- Communicate with Managers regarding any request needing special attention.
- Return all phone calls in accordance with company policy.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday_
- Regular Schedule: 10:00 - 19:00 CST MX
- Daylight Saving:



09:00 -18:00 CST MX

**Requirements**:
