Senior Associate/Vice President, Speciality Finance Group, Mexico City, Mexico
**About our client**
We are currently working with a prestigious finance group, backed by a leading general credit fund with ample experience in specialty finance. Our client offers a wide range of financial products and services including working capital loans and factoring to companies in diverse sectors. The position is based in Mexico City.
**What the job involves**
Help to originate deals, understand the risks, sell the risk, and
- deals in the real estate business
- Conduct financial modelling including analysis of financial statements, valuations, returns, and competitive ratios
- Analyse and execute credit and financing opportunities
- Interface with third parties to compile required data and information and resolve diligence-related issues while mitigating risks
- Assist negotiations with senior executives
- Help to develop new partnerships through Mexico and across borders
- Create reports, compile data,



and perform in-depth analysis of credit performance to identify attractive areas of opportunity and competitive analyses
- Support senior management in developing and maintaining a steady deal pipeline
**Who we are looking for**
- Solid experience in financial services, private credit, finance, consulting, and/or M&A;
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Strong written and communication skills, in Spanish and in English
- Proactive, strong management and negotiation skills
- MBA is preferred
