Job Description:
Main Responsibilities of the position:
- Responsible for training union employee training programs-
- Monitor training sessions to ensure that trainers are delivering content effectively and that participants are actively participating.- Develop and implement methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.- Communicate training schedules and requirements to participants and interested parties.- Prepare and present reports on training, assistance and effectiveness activities to management.- Stay up to date on the industry and best practices in employee training and development.
Main Job-specify requirements/skills:
- Excellent communication of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience in leadership and supervision, with the ability to manage a team of trainers effectively.- Competence in training software, learning management systems and multimedia tools.- Certifications in training and development- Mastery of English
