Job Description:
Main responsibilities of the position:
- Implement strategies that allows TGM team to achieve targest established for the Quality area
- Supervise the Quality Engineering team to execute our TGM Strategic plan
- Establish key metrics to evaluate the quality performance of the Quality Engineering team.
- Assure that quality meetings are performed and are focused on strong root cause analysis and proper corrective & preventive plans
- Establish an Internal Audits plan to evaluate processes
- Coordinate and manage quality containments
- Manage quarantine
Main job-specific requirements / skills:
- Strategic Quality Leadership skills like Problem Solving, Prioritazion of Tasks, Teamwork, Establish Communication channels
- Establish defined Internal Audit Plan
- Implement a Strategy to implement Control Plan CORE Tool for our processes
- Guide the Quality team to embrace the Quality Management System
- Embrace the Corporate Quality strategy of Close The Loop
