**Position Summary**:
As a Graphic Designer you will create visually appealing designs that
convey our brand message and engage our target audience across various digital and print
platforms. You will work closely with the Design Manager and cross-functional teams to
develop and execute creative solutions that support our marketing and communication
objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print collateral.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target
audience, and brand guidelines.
3. Conceptualize and develop creative ideas that effectively communicate our brand
message and engage our audience.
4. Work with the Design Manager to ensure consistency and alignment with brand
standards across all design materials.
5. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively share
insights and recommendations with the team.
6. Provide design support for other departments as needed, including product design,
packaging, and internal communications.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
2.



2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or
creative agency setting.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other
relevant design tools.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various platforms.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively
in a cross-functional team environment.
