Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate receipt of cliente requirements.
- Guarantee the reliability and records of customer requirements in SAP system.
- Responsible for guaranteeng performance and delivery rating with each client in accordance with Mahle´s objetives.
- Supervise EDI personnel to meet shipping objetives.
- Responsible for reporting performance indicators in customer service on complince and delivery claims.
- Manage the different customer supply system (Nissan, VW, Chrysler, Ford, GM, Jatco, Mercedes, Toyota)
- Your Skills & Strengths- 4-5 years experience in related field
- English fluency
- SAP knowledge strongly preferred
- Automotive experience, at least last 2 years
