**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Employee to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our company. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service from the moment they inquire about our tours to the moment they disembark.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures for boat tours.
- Provide enthusiastic and knowledgeable information about our tour offerings, highlighting key features and answering any questions guests may have.




- Process tour bookings and payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tour schedules, routes, safety procedures, and any special promotions or events.
- Coordinate with tour guides and boat crew to ensure smooth departure and return for each tour.
- Assist guests with boarding and disembarking the boat, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
