Contributes to consequent implementation of Business Excellence strategy and approaches and/or advances BE tools and methods to continuously improve business performance.
**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree as industrial engineering or related.
- (6-12 months) of overall experience on manufacturing business
- Understanding of Advanced Kaizen, lean manufacturing, PDCA.
- Intermediate English proficiency both written and spoken.
- Supports Business Excellence activities to continuously improve business performance in the defined area of responsibility.
- Supports analysis of strengths and weak points of current business, identifies improvement areas and supports coordinated target setting across functions.
- Facilitates best practice sharing in his organizational unit and beyond.
- Provides transparency on status and progress and contributes to reporting and communication.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Support with productivity projects developed in order to achieve the goals.
- Manage the 3i program to maintain suggestions for improvement from the employee.
- Manage quality programs LPAS and almost failures in order to avoid No conformity problems.
- Facilitates OE training programs, Kaizen events and other enterprise-wide OE initiatives.
- Provides development and execution leadership, from start to completion, of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Actively promotes continuous improvement using Speak up and deliver.
- Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

The manufacturing manager has the main objective to produce the best Dry Type Distribution Transformers with safely, cost-effectively and delivery on time and that they meet the required high-quality standards.
