**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee all financial activities of the maquila operation, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican accounting standards and regulations, including INEGI reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with audit requirements.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain accounting software systems, with specific expertise in Contpaqi accounting software.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital management.
- Assist in strategic financial planning and decision-making to support business growth and profitability.
