**Job Description**:
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to GMM HR Director: Coordination of the agenda, travel, expense reports, workshops, business planning.
- Support HR projects and collaborate with COEs and stakeholders to identify needs and objectives such as Workplace of Choice (WoC), performance management processes, talent identification and development, etc. Coordinate program implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. Partner with HR leaders to ensure program alignment with organizational goals.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data in partnership with the People Analytics team to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve HR processes.
- Generate HR reports and analytics using Workday and additional HR technology platforms to provide insights on HR metrics in support of data-driven decision making for strategic forums such as Executive Committee and Talent Forums. Support audits related to HR data and processes.
- Process a variety of HR transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Conducts exit interviews, analyses attrition data and partner with HRBP to develop recommendations for corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Manage HR budget and forecast in alignment with finance considering a global data visibility.
- Coordinate audit processes such as SOX, etc.
- Prioritize and support practices that enhance the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Operate with unwavering integrity, ensuring compliance with GM’s code of conduct, policies, and practices.
**Additional Job Description**:
**Basic Requirements**:
- Bachelor´s Degree on Administration, Human Resources or Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of related experience in HR, program management or strategy functions.




- Data-driven approach with demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large data sets and provide recommendations.
- Experience with HR operational processes and operating systems.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with others.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and presentations skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and HR systems (Workday preferred).
- English proficiency.
**Competencies Required**:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Comfortable analyzing and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and inform HR decision making.
- Identify and analyze HR problems, craft data-driven recommendations, and support implementation in the Software HR team.
- Ability to communicate HR data and insights to stakeholders, including HRBPs and HR leaders.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development. Eager to stay up to date on emerging trends and best practices.
Hybrid - Position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time, but the general expectation is that the employee be onsite an average of three (3) days each week in Mexico Central Offices.
