**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products and develop new products
- Design and develop mechanical and automation systems for industrial equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet customer requirements and industry standards
- Perform testing and validation of new designs to ensure performance and reliability




- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in research and development, with a focus on mechanical and automation of industrial equipment design
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
