Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Tijuana. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the flawless handling and movement of materials and products. **Responsibilities**:
- Strapping the finished product to be loaded in the containers.
- Receiving and storing material in warehouse locations.
- Filling work orders for assembly areas.
- Supplying requisitions of materials for the assembly areas, Rack Molding, and Blow Molding.
- Consolidating warehouse locations.
- Operating electric forklift and handling pallets.
- Handling scales for weighing materials.




- Preparing shipments and capturing transactions with a scanner.
- Receiving materials from external and internal suppliers.
- Managing import charges and local warehouses.
- Transferring materials to the production area.
- Controlling materials sent to recycling companies.
- Arranging Molding materials.
- Reviewing forklift operations.
- Conducting 5's activities.
- Reviewing the planning program for cell assortment.
- Analyzing programs.
- Printing and distributing packing lists for assortment of kits.
- Requisitioning materials from external warehouses to supply kits to production.
- Conducting inventory control and adjustments.
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role.
- Strict adherence to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Ability to successfully implement 5's activities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
