Establish and maintain de proper cost structure to reflect the correct Standard rates and costs, analysis of Manufacturing variances and Cost vs Forecast/Budget control among other activities. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Creation and maintenance of the annual Budget Monthly analysis presente vs budget/Forecast variances Support initiatives related to cost reduction Calculate the annual Labor and Overhead rates Annual cost roll up Analysis of Labor Productivity Analysis of manufacturing variances (Labor and OH related)
Experiência y requisitos
Requirements: Able to communicate in English in written an oral form BS Accounting or Finance related major Computer literate, Proficiency in MS Office (Excel). Plus 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment specifically in Costing Ability to interact/partner with all levels of the organization BS in cost engineering or accounting Master is a plus an desired
