The Process Technician provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in processes, in aspects such as: cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety in accordance with operational and production processes.
- Monitors equipment and instruments by collecting information on calibration, inspection and testing.
- Repairs and helps making adjustments to instruments, equipment, or products.
- Follows up on advanced quality planning and documentation as needed.
- Manages process documentation including work instructions visual aids and route sheets for samples.
- Captures lessons learned for transfers of production process and equipment designs.
- Performs in the depuration and qualification of new production equipment.
- Develops analysis of deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems




- Maintains the design of the processes to optimize and facilitate their use, in accordance with the operating standards and procedures for production practices. -Performs in improvement projects.
