We are a dedicated team providing essential services to homeowners affected by storms. Our mission is to help homeowners determine if they qualify for an insurance-covered roof replacement through our free roof inspection program.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Roof Inspection Scheduler. In this role, you will log into our dialer system and schedule inspections for our technicians to visit homeowners' properties and conduct roof inspections.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Log into our dialer system and contact homeowners in storm-affected areas.
- Schedule roof inspection appointments for our technicians.
- Provide homeowners with information about our free roof inspection service.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and homeowner interactions.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and address any questions or concerns they may have.
**Qualifications**:




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with dialer systems and scheduling software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior customer service or scheduling experience is a plus.
