**DRAZ & DOLCE** is a high-end design studio showroom looking for a **Team Leader Designer** with extensive experience as a lead designer. We are passionate for planning and designing inspiring home furnishing solutions and services.
**Your Role**: As a **D&D; Leader Designer**, you will serve as a leader for both people and projects, a creator of strategies, and a visionary in design. You will build our practice by leveraging a diverse portfolio of projects, directing and providing leadership for operational activities with a focus on interior design and architecture. This role is for a leader who loves to push new ideas, is passionate about design, and gets excited about managing diverse retail design projects and extremely talented creatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for overall management monitoring and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Represent the interests of the Draz&Dolce; to ensure issues are addressed and resolved expeditiously.
- Train and onboard new team members
- Build staff capabilities through programs that improve individual design skills, technical skills, communication, and project management.
- Set and implement design goals and strategies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design concepts
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
**Your Qualifications**:
- Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 12+ years of experience in Interior Design / Architecture




- Proven leadership and business development skills. Experience leading teams
- Bilingual proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- High level of drive and collaborative spirit to help grow a dynamic team
- Strong software skills in Sketchup, 3D Max, V-Ray, or similar. A portfolio will be required.
- Able to travel to US
- Personal portfolio of work
- Pay Range Details:$2000 per month plus comissions and bonuses (up to 150k annually). _
