**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both US and UK clients.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Experience in insurance is recommended _but not mandatory._
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts.
- Highly motivated by earning potential, with no caps on commissions.




- Must be able to work in our office in Zona Rio, Tijuana.
- Excellent customer service skills.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Base salary of $12,000 - $14,000 Pesos per month, depending on experience.
- Unlimited earning potential through commissions.
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
