Key responsibilities:
- Calculate and track sales commissions payments in accordance with company policies and procedures for all Solar entities.
- Financial accounting, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Reconcile commission records and resolve discrepancies.
- Development and maintenance of internal controls and procedures.
- Communications with internal and external customers.
- SOX Compliance,



assistance with Audits.
- The accountant will demonstrate knowledge and ability to independently handle accounting
- issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Overall GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, initiative, organization and planning expertise, analytical and problem-solving skills, and computer literacy.
- Medium to expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Able to understand and communicate in English language with clarity
Preferred
- ERP LN and/or BaaN 5C system experience
- Able to legally enter the U.S for meetings
