We are looking for a passionate **Project Manager** to join our Content Team. In this role, you will assist in managing our program's content creation processes.
**Requirements**:
- Full-time commitment, CET timezone.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in managing content production (written and visual), ideally in an educational setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Proficiency in Agile and project management tools; experience with Notion, Miro, Figma, and Jira.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Familiarity with online education platforms.
- Your own experience as a student online.
- Experience managing design processes.
- Interest in instructional design and education.
- Desire to grow in the ed-tech industry and as a content producer.
- Ability to communicate in Russian is a plus, as part of our team consists of Russian speakers.
What you will do:
- Coordinate the production processes for educational content creation.




- Work closely with the Head of Content Team to align project goals and deliverables.
- Collaborate with diverse teams (e.g., design team, authors) to meet project milestones.
- Track progress, manage tasks, and coordinate planning meetings.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for efficiency.
- Proactively address potential risks to project timelines and quality.
