**What you’ll do?**
- Follows and maintains Standard Operating Processes and documentations.
- Ability to work and build relationships with other teams
- Must be able to manage time and priorities with multiple tasks and projects
- File system security related work experience desired
**What you’ll bring**:
10+ years of experience on the next experience:
- Somebody who has Strong Tech PM background
- Experience with Data Governance, SLAs and Service Now
- Experience being a power user of ServiceNow is a distinct bonus
- Good communication skills - Ability to interact with lines of business
- Solid and demonstrable understanding of NTFS permission theory
- Work independently to get job completed in a timely manner and meet SLAs
- Strong attention to detail
- Service Now or other ticketing system knowledge
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
