As an **Administrative Services and Maintenance Analyst **you will manage multiple services such as cleaning, fumigation, gardening, parking, garbage collection, toilet consumables, and water carafes. You will coordinate with suppliers, handle quotes and purchases, prepare requisitions, process invoices, and conduct expense analysis for one to two locations. Additionally, you will organize operational files, follow up on projects and maintenance issues, and develop work routines and reports. You will report to the General Services Coordinator.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Proper administrative and operational management of the services of: Cleaning, Fumigation, Gardening, Parking, Garbage collection, Toilet consumables and water carafes.
- Deal with suppliers
- Quote requirements, purchases or services from one to two locations.
- Prepare internal requisitions for Purchase Order process for one to two locations.
- Process payment of invoices from one to two locations.
- Elaborate expense analysis
- Organize physical operational file/folder of each service from one to two locations.
- Follow up on the development and management of projects from one to two locations and on basic site maintenance issues
- Elaborate work routines and basic general maintenance and of project reports, (work schedules and progress)
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree completed or unfinished
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in general services or maintenance
- Intermediate Excel skills




- Immediate availability to work physically in the locality.
