**Description**
**Accountabilities**
- Support of CFDI (Digital Tax Receipt via the Internet), including triage of errors, facilitation of error correction and validating these documents in accordance with SAT guidelines.
- Execution of revenue controls in SAP S4 BRIM
- Reporting using SAP Analytics Cloud
- Support of all L2C systems including SAP S4 BRIM, SAP ECC, SAP Transportation Management, CPKC Customer Portals, and CPKC proprietary rating and order management systems.
- Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, design thinking, task and workflow analysis
- Reviews and analyzes system problems to identify solutions or recommendations
- Work with business teams to understand and document business process requirements; analyzing and validating for automation feasibility; assisting the core automation team in creating the business case
- Perform testing, identify issues with respect to solution performance, communicate required changes to development team and track resolution;
- System requirement identification and documentation analysis
- Plan and facilitate workshops to identify and validate requirements with IS and business stakeholders in support of projects and opportunities.
- Build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers; Solve a range of straightforward problems; analyze possible solutions using standard procedures; Receive a moderate level of guidance and direction
- May be required to work irregular hours (weekends,



after business hours)
- May be required to perform on call duties

**Required**
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Management, or Information Technology related discipline.
- Experience with SAP Modules with preference for SAP S4 Hana - BRIM (CI & FICA)
- Experience with CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) and Mexican Tax Administration (SAT)
- Ability to communicate effectively, strong written and oral skills to respond to internal and external requests for information
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem solving, organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
**Preferred**
- Experience within the rail transportation industry and rail pricing strategies
- Business analysis or project management, or equivalent experience
- Process mapping and project management methodology.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and/or SAP Business Objects
- Working with business stakeholders regarding process, procedure and policy development or creation
- Knowledge of EDI (404,417,410,426,REN)
