**Key Responsibilities**:
- Active communication skills and team work to resolve any incident/request from the client related with Information Technologies - Software and Hardware related (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile Phones, IP Phones, Virtual Conference Rooms).
- Proactively working and interacting with end users at Office or Home based to confirm and match records on assets assigned to them; DXC is responsible on the Accuracy of the Information related with Inventory Records on Customer environment.
- Responsible to support Baseline for Break-Fix Incidents on site and remotely.
- Perform good tracking for SLA´s on ServiceNow Incidents/Requests
- Be aligned with Customer Policies and IT Standard Procedures
- Responsible to update ServiceNow records for all movements for Onboarding/Offboarding/Refresh assigned to them.
- Participate actively on Business Projects such as PC Refresh, PCs Wiping Cleanup and Cybersecurity incidents response.




- Ability to configure/reimage devices under Corporate policies
- Ability to support as Hands & Eyes for other Collaborative groups
- Ability to perform basic troubleshoot for network and printing issues
**Essential Skills/ Qualifications**:
- Strong communication skills to listen to client and articulate back for solutioning inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience (more than 3 years) working with the technology industry, specifically handling significantly sized accounts (Windows Operative Systems, MS Office 365, Printers, and basic Network skills).
Regular Agenda - Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm; availability as may require for evening or weekend work (as overtime).
