**About the Role**:
As the Sr. Director Operations, you will be at the forefront of executing our manufacturing strategy, driving efficiency, and pushing the boundaries of innovation. You’ll lead a team across multiple sites, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring our operations are aligned with business objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively across departments, drive major change initiatives, and deliver exceptional results. Reporting to the VP of Product Supply Medical, you will be a key member of the integral supply leadership team, representing your area on steering committees and cross-functional groups.
You will be responsible for overseeing a group of approximately 1,400 people across five factories located in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, France, and Germany. These facilities focus on Health & Medical, specifically in compression care. This position involves extensive travel.
**What You Will Do**
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results by embodying our core values, particularly in safety and quality.
- Develop and own a market-aligned Compelling Business Need (CBN) for your area, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, from warehousing and planning to customer service, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing efficiency.
- Manage and develop organizational capabilities across five sites, driving a culture of continuous improvement and owning performance metrics (SQCDM).
- Spearhead large-scale projects, including integrations, SAP implementations, and greenfield Start-ups, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.




- Collaborate closely with commercial counterparts to align on cost-effective customer solutions and shared initiatives that optimize service and achieve company goals.
- Contribute to global commercial growth initiatives and position yourself for potential advancement within the organization.
**Who You Are**
- You have over 8 years of experience as an Operations Director in a multinational company, with proven experience in leading multiple sites
- You are adept at leading large-scale projects and managing end-to-end supply chain operations
- You have strong project management and transformation management skills, with a track record of driving business unit success
- You excel at working across functions and building constructive relationships, including with unions
- You are proficient in English; Spanish proficiency is highly advantageous
- You are willing to travel extensively, with a location preference in Latin America or EU
