- Customer Service experience with time held In a leadership role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service skills and assertive, dependable personality
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, management, and agents.
- Ability to independently solve problems and see them through to resolution.
**Responsibilities will include**
- Supervising team handling tracing container imports daily and updating operating system to reflect data
- Working with Management in U.S. daily
- Audit load statuses to all load stages (pickup, transit, delivery)
- Manage reports of load status
- Updating accounts and shipments with real time information
- Customer interfacing
