**REQUIREMENTS**:
Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Own a vehicle and be available to travel across different areas.
Valid driver’s license.
Knowledge and interest in trade marketing and/or merchandising.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
**JOB OFFER**:
Monthly salary of $24,000 MXN.
Gasoline allowance of $3,000 MXN.

**ACTIVITIES**:
Supervision and management of the team of promoters and advisors in the field.
Planning and execution of trade marketing strategies to enhance brand presence at points of sale.
Monitoring compliance with established commercial and visibility objectives.
Training and motivating the team to ensure optimal performance.
Collection and analysis of data on competition and market trends.
Coordination with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
Preparation of performance reports and presentation of results to management.
