**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Advanced English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
- Project management.
- Team coordination.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the workflow of the graphic design team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with the expected quality.




- Collaborate with other departments to align design objectives with operational and marketing needs.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure team performance and process efficiency.
- Ensure designs meet brand standards and client expectations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between designers, clients, and other internal teams.
- Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and work quality.
