The **Payroll Specialist I, Language Services**, will work with the Language Operations Managers on correcting and approving time cards for all interpreters before each payroll cycle. This included punch corrections, entering missed PTO, bereavement hours, etc.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accurately process time cards for several language teams weekly.
- Ensure back-up documentation and record retention is in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
- Verify hours worked using Calabrio and Pentaho.
- Build and maintain reports as requested by management.
- Responsible for payroll for Language Services Internal Customers & Partners, Interpreters, Language Operations Managers, and Human Resources.

**Qualifications**
Education & Years of Experience
- High School Diploma/GED plus 0-2 years of work experience
**Additional Experience**
- Experience in Payroll processing multi-site, multi-state payroll required




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven knowledge of MS Excel, Paycom (timekeeping), Calabrio (scheduling system), and Pentaho (reporting) software
- Working knowledge of federal, state and local tax laws and of payroll and tax reporting and compliance required
**Work Environment / Physical Requirements**
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
