- Identificar posibles cuellos de botella o áreas con capacidad subutilizada.
- Utilizar herramientas y técnicas de ingeniería industrial para determinar la capacidad óptima.
Utilizar datos históricos y modelos predictivos para anticipar cambios en la demanda
- Validación de toma te tiempos, Mapeo de Procesos (VSM).
- Seguimientos de acciones para el cumplimiento de Gestión de HC, Capacidad y producción.
