**EDUCATION, SKILLS AND JOB EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least five years minimum experience in maquiladora industry in same position.
- Bilingual English/Spanish 90%
- Excellent communication at all levels.
- Strong Core Tools Knowledge
- Strong VSM and Lean Manufacturing Knowledge
- Six Sigma and TPM tools knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging environment.
- Sense of urgency.
- Schedule availability
- Hands on
- Basic Knowledge of PLC, Hydraulic & Pneumatic
