- Advanced English communication
- Windows Server 2012, 2012R2, 2016,2019 and 2022 configuration, upgradation, and administration.
- Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure RMS, Azure Active Directory Connect, Microsoft Identity Manager, DNS, DHCP, PKI, CyberArk Privilege Access Security Suit, Group Policy, PowerShell
Job summary:
- Professional experience supporting Microsoft Enterprise Computing environments and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) environments and Entra ID Enterprise Applications
- Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the Active Directory and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID environments and Okta.
- Expertise in Group Policies, Single Sign-On (SSO), Rights Management Implementation, deployment and troubleshooting DFS, MDT, WSUS
- Good Exposure on AD Roles, policies, promotion/demotion of Domain controllers and troubleshooting replication issues.




- Good in PowerShell Scripting and automating daily/routine tasks.
- Strong knowledge in AD services such as ADFS configuration and troubleshooting
- knowledge in policy monitoring and compliance
- Troubleshooting AD users, DLs escalated issues from SD, permission related issues
- Ability to work individually or along with team as per requirement.
- Coordinating with Vendors and other Teams during troubleshooting
- Awareness of ITIL process & ITSM tools
